Preparation: isotonic drink pour 30g of powder into 500 ml of water, hypotonic drink pour 15g of powder into 500 ml.
By dissolving Enervit G Sport in water, you will obtain an isotonic or hypotonic drink designed to restore the balance of water and minerals in the body. It is particularly useful in cases of excessive sweating due to intense physical activity, such as during sports. It will support the maintenance of performance and prevent sudden loss of energy. Contains anti-spasmodic minerals (sodium, potassium, magnesium and chlorine) that help maintain normal muscle function and prevent muscle cramps.
