PREPARATION
We recommend using energy gels, as well as energy concentrates, in our nutritional strategies and plans during performance. This is nothing new or revolutionary. But how do you do it, for example, while riding a bike, so that you receive the necessary dose of energy as safely as possible? There are two possible ways, which we will now introduce you to:
1. consuming the concentrate or gel by mixing it into a drink
Probably the most optimal and therefore often used is mixing the concentrate or gel into a water bottle. This solution is easy to implement, especially on a bike, when you can carry two bottles with you - in one you have the Enervit G Sport ionic drink, which you drink every 10-15 minutes, in the other you have the concentrate or gel dissolved in water, which you consume less often than an ionic drink (after 30-45 minutes).
2. consumption of concentrate or gel in the original packaging
In this case, it is advisable to prepare the energy concentrate (Enervitene sport concentrate or Enervitene sport competition) in advance before the start by unscrewing and then screwing the concentrate cap back on, thus breaking the safety lock for easier manipulation of the cap during the race. (maltodextrin) for intensive exercise or the end of the race

ADVANTAGE
A fast and intense "kick" that can really be felt. Thanks to the practical and safe packaging with a cap, the intake of one concentrate can be divided into several doses during the performance.

Water, fructose syrup (24.5%), maltodextrin (from corn) (22.8%), citric acid, aroma, caffeine (0.035% vg / 100 g; 100 g = 85 ml).
