SLX M7120 rear derailleur with Shadow RD+ design Improved shifting performance. Lower noise. Larger 13-tooth pulleys. Lower rear derailleur preload on the lower cassette sprockets to prevent excessive chain tension on these gears. Designed for a 2x12 drivetrain with a 10-45 tooth cassette.
